Hello

I would like to know what are the differences from the free version of the forum and the Premium. I would test if there is somebody out there. I need to limit the attachments size, and to have this function (to attach some file).

Attachments is not part of the Forum. You can extend it using custom fields. We use TF Upload custom field. It supports limiting the attachment size.
