In Editor WYSWYG for a Lesson, there is a icon for inserting video embed code, but it is not work with Vimeo embed code. Vimeo Host is important for e-learning because it support private mode. So please check and update.

FYI, I found OSvimeo plugin in Joomla Extension, it helps to insert Vimeo video by paste URL in Editor without paste embed code. It is not support for your Editor. I think it can provide some ideal for you about this.

Hello

The extension uses default Joomla editor. For TinyMCE, you can easily embed videos from any source. Insert -> Media -> Embed and paste your embed code.

You may also have to check for prohibited elements in the plugin settings for TinyMCE.

Hello, Have you try to test? - I installed a new fresh Joomla4. I config TinyMCE. I make new Joomla Article, I still can not embed Vimeo/Youtube in Joomla Article. >> Bug comes from Joomla. I installed Editor JCE, no help also. :(

Yes, I am able to embed Videos. Just need to remove iframe from the list of prohibited elements in TineMCE Plugin options.

Thank you. This is corrected instruction. Go to TinyMCE Plugin Manager, > remove iframe in Prohibited Elements Field.
